Becoming a member of the NTWWC
The NT Working Women's Centre is a community based membership organisation. One way to support us is to become a member. Another way to support us is to sign up to our newsletter which means you will be on our database for updates about work we are doing, invitations to events, celebrations or campaigns. Please complete the online form below, or download a paper form.
If you would like a symbolic statement of interest in the continuation of the work that we do, you might prefer to become a friend.
Online Registration and Payment Form
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your NT Working Women’s Centre membership you may contact us within 30 days to receive a full refund of your membership fees. Due to the terms of our Incorporated Association status, your membership needs to be signed off by our Committee of Management. In the unlikely event that we can not accept your membership, we will refund your membership fees in full. Please note that our Constitution only allows us to accept women as members.
Delivery Instructions Information
After payment, you will receive an automatic receipt and welcome email. You will be added to our database and will receive news updates and events invitations as they become available (you will not receive more than one email a month except in extraordinary circumstances when we might need to email an urgent update.)
Why become a member?
A substantial membership base will ensure the Centre is well supported by the community.
Through your membership you will be making a direct positive contribution to the improvement of the lives of many Territory women who would otherwise have nowhere to turn for help. Membership is $10 for individuals and $30 for organisations.
You are under no obligation to engage in any activity with the Centre. You may have as much or as little involvement as you choose, from becoming a member of the voluntary Committee of Management and having direct input into the everyday running of the Centre, through to attending and voting at the Annual General Meeting.
